What counts as a routine change?
Approved text, image, or business-information swaps on existing pages are common examples. We check each request against the monthly 30-minute allowance before taking on work outside it.
When does Website Care begin?
For a new Web Respawn website, Care begins at launch with an initial 12-month term. The one-time build fee is separate.
Do unused minutes carry over?
No. The allowance is up to 30 minutes of routine changes in each month.
Does Care include SEO or advertising?
No. Those services have separate scopes. The $599/month Care + Local SEO plan and the $1,399/month Care + Local SEO + Ads plan include Website Care.
How should I send a website change?
Send the page URL, the exact change, and approved text or images. If hours or contact details change, include the new facts and when they should take effect. We review the request against your plan and confirm extra work before starting it.
What happens if a request takes more than 30 minutes?
We explain the extra work and agree on a separate scope before doing it. A new page, a layout change, or a new tool can take more than the routine monthly allowance. The allowance does not make every website request part of Care.
Can you help if a form or link stops working?
Yes. Tell us the page, what you tried, and any error you saw. We review the issue and explain the next step. If it involves a paid tool or another provider, we may need your account access or their support to resolve it.
Does Care pay for booking software or other subscriptions?
The plan includes website hosting and the Care work described in your agreement. Separate paid tools, ad spend, and special integrations are not automatically included. We identify outside costs before adding a tool to your site.
Can I add Local SEO later?
Yes. We can review whether the $599/month Website Care + Local SEO plan fits your next goal. It includes Care, one prioritized Local SEO improvement each month, and a monthly update/report. Compare the current plans and terms.
