Pages and features agreed before work starts
We review your services, customers and existing website, then agree on the pages, content, forms and features in writing. A remodeling business may need project details and an estimate inquiry. Another business may need a booking link or a clear call option. The structure should fit the work you actually do.
The standard build includes page planning, writing, design and development within the agreed scope. It does not include custom applications or promise unlimited pages.
Business information and content
You supply accurate services, contact details, the areas you genuinely serve, brand materials and photos you have permission to use. We organize the agreed content and design for your review. You confirm the business facts and approve the work before launch.
We can review existing material rather than replacing it all. Qualifications, reviews, project photos and results must come from your business; they are not invented to fill a page.
Replacing an existing website
We review useful page addresses, content and contact paths before rebuilding. The launch plan accounts for navigation, relevant redirects, page titles and form delivery so customers can still find what they need.
We check the existing domain, hosting and email setup before making website changes. A website rebuild does not automatically include changes to business email or domain ownership.
Launch checks
The agreed build includes page structure, headings, internal links, descriptive titles, metadata, appropriate structured data and a sitemap. Before launch, we check mobile layouts, navigation, forms, basic accessibility, performance and relevant redirects.
Search setup helps search engines understand the pages. Google decides indexing and rankings. Ongoing Local SEO is a separate service.
Build cost and required Care
The standard agreed-scope build is $1,000 one time. Website Care starts at launch at $199 per month for an initial 12-month term. The build plus 12 months of Care totals $3,388, before other selected core services and third-party costs.
Care provides hosting, maintenance, support and a defined allowance for routine changes. Existing signed ownership, cancellation and transfer terms remain applicable. Read the Website Care scope and current terms.

How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the agreed pages and features, access, supplied material and review schedule. We confirm the schedule after those details are known.
Who owns the website and domain?
Ownership, licensing, access and transfer arrangements follow your agreement. Third-party software licenses and connected accounts may have their own terms; we confirm the setup before work starts.
