The offer and creative
We write ad copy and prepare visuals within the agreed scope, using approved photos, brand materials or suitable available assets. You confirm the offer and give permission to use the material.
Professional photography, extensive video production and new shoots are not included. Images must not imply completed work, qualifications or results your business cannot support.
Audience, placements and budget
We agree on one eligible Meta channel and its placements, then configure location, audience options, budget settings and available measurement. Management is limited to the agreed channel and placements.
Your business keeps ownership of the ad account and grants the access needed for the work. Budget changes, published offers and campaign approvals follow the agreed process.
The page people reach after the ad
We review the linked page for a clear description of the offer and a usable contact path. The page should explain the same service the ad describes.
New landing pages, redesigns and specialized integrations are not included in campaign management. A rebuild is not a prerequisite for advertising when the existing destination is suitable.
Monthly management and reporting
We monitor delivery and available response signals, adjust the campaign where the information supports a change and keep the ads aligned with your offer. A monthly update/report explains what ran, what the available results show and what we recommend next.
A click or form submission does not prove a sale. Your team handles inquiries and can tell us which ones were relevant and what happened next. The campaign does not guarantee a fixed number of leads or customers.
Paid ads and organic social are separate
Paid Meta management starts at $600/month. Meta’s advertising budget is paid separately. We confirm the campaign scope and final management fee before work starts. The $400/month organic Social Media Management price is not a paid advertising fee.
Organic social covers content for your business accounts. Paid campaigns buy advertising delivery and need their own budget, creative plan and approvals. Read the organic social service.
Questions about this service
Do I have to make the ads myself?
We write and prepare the ads within the agreed scope. You confirm facts, approve the offer and provide available photos or brand material. New photography and extensive video work are not included.
Can Facebook and Instagram run together?
We confirm the eligible Meta channel and placements before launch. The service is limited to that agreed channel and its placements.
Will you answer the customer inquiries?
Your business responds to inquiries, provides quotes and handles sales. Campaign management does not include inbox management.
