Your Google Business Profile is the listing customers may see in Search and Maps. We maintain agreed business information so it reflects your real services, hours and contact details.

Accurate information for Search and Maps
We review the profile information and agree on the updates needed. That can include your real business name, appropriate categories, services, hours, phone number, website link and eligible address or service area. Not every field needs to change each month.
The listing should describe how the business actually operates. We do not add unrelated categories, invented offices or keywords to a business name to attract searches for work you do not do.
Your access and approval
Your business keeps ownership of the profile and grants the access needed for the agreed work through Google. You supply accurate information, permitted photos and approval for the updates. Tell us when hours, services, contact details or how you meet customers changes.
Photos should show the real business or its work. We do not invent project images, customer photos, reviews or business results.
Monthly scope
We confirm the profile work and content responsibilities before starting. We review the information, complete the approved updates and explain what changed and what needs attention next. There is no promised fixed posting quantity.
Review-response responsibilities need to be agreed, including how sensitive or disputed customer matters are handled. Website development and booking-system setup are not included in profile management.
Verification, suspensions and eligibility
Google controls eligibility, verification, appeals, reinstatement and local rankings. Routine profile management does not include extensive cleanup or suspension recovery, and cannot guarantee approval or a resolution date.
For a verification problem, provide the issue shown in your account and accurate business facts. Your business may need to complete Google’s required steps directly.
Price and related website work
GBP management is $200/month and is available on its own. You do not have to buy a new website or Website Care. GBP plus Local SEO totals $600/month with a suitable editable website. Adding Care brings those three services to $799/month.
Profile management focuses on the listing. Local SEO focuses on the website and agreed search improvements. Any overlapping work is agreed once, rather than counted as two separate deliverables. Neither service guarantees a Maps position or a number of inquiries.

Can you update holiday hours or a phone number?
Yes, when it is the agreed update. Send the accurate hours or number and approve the change. We make the update and check the published information.
Do I keep ownership of my profile?
Yes. Your business remains the owner and controls the access granted through its Google account.
Will every profile field be updated each month?
No. We agree on the useful monthly work. We do not promise changes to every field or a fixed number of posts.
