Google Business Profile is not included in this $599 combination. It is a separate $200/month service: Care + SEO + GBP totals $799/month. Any overlapping work is agreed once.
Local Search Presence is a different combination: GBP + SEO for $600/month, without Care. These are different services, not two names for the same package.

New website builds require Care from launch for an initial 12 months: $1,000 build plus $199/month Care, a $3,388 first-year minimum before optional services. That term is not inferred for other services.
